A great Italian company with some excellent customer care - special mention should go to Fabio at L'art de Vivre who answers your questions and sources prices and products that might not be found on their website. We bought a Lando table and Pedrali chairs from them and we will order other items too. They partner with DB Schenker who likewise deliver the products in excellent condition and even take away the bulky packaging. Great stuff all round *****

Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare questa azienda cercando on line un tessuto di Manuel Canovas introvabile altrove. Sono stata seguita dal Sig, Fabio, persona molto disponibile e molto competente, che ha seguito il mio ordine in tutte le fasi. Non ho mai trovato così tanta professionalità. Azienda consigliatissima, presso la quale acquisterò ancora in futuro.

We ordered furniture from the series GLOBO from the high end Italian designer Presotto at the L’Art de Vivre online store. We live in Switzerland and tried to find this furniture first in Switzerland and then in Germany. We could not find a trustable online store in Switzerland or Germany who offered this furniture or the price was outrageous. We came across the website of L’art de vivre online, and it made an excellent impression on us. The price of the furniture was about half of what we would have paid in our country. Fabio from L’art de vivre is extremely competent. He found the best option for us for delivery directly to Switzerland. The Italian VAT was deducted, i.e. we didn’t have to pay it, only the Swiss VAT which is very little. Normally, we don’t have items shipped directly to Switzerland, as customs fees sometimes are enormous up to 30% and we still have not found out the mechanism. However, Fabio explained that custom fees for Switzerland for this delivery would only be EUR 100 (3% of the costs) which was then the case. Before we decided to purchase the furniture we had a lot of questions. All our emails were answered very promptly within an hour or so. We were unsure regarding the color choice of the furniture. Fabio organized color samples from Presotto and sent it to us within a day with Fedex to our address is Switzerland. Originally, the delivery time of the furniture was about 3 months. Effectively, the furniture was ready for shipment after a month after our order. L’art de vivre online shipped the furniture with a reliable transport company Schenker Italiana S.p.A. to our address in Switzerland. We are extremely happy with this furniture. The packaging was solid and the furniture impeccable after the transport. The furniture itself is of an excellent quality and very beautiful. Next time we need furniture we will order it through L’art de vivre again. Many thanks again to Fabio for his professional support.

I ordered a custom sectional sofa from L'Art de Vivre and am very happy with it! It is beautiful and very high quality, and Fabio at L'Art de Vivre was most helpful and responsive during the whole process -- from design to fabrication to international shipping and delivery.

Art de vivre è un'azienda serissima, caratterizzata da profonda professionalità e precisione. Nonostante i 1200 km di distanza, la signora Carola, sempre disponibile e gentile, è stata in grado di interpretare pienamente i miei gusti di cliente molto esigente. Tutti gli articoli che ho acquistato sono un sogno, al di là di ogni aspettativa. Ormai definisco l'azienda " Art de vivre" del mio cuore! Valutazione? 10 e lode: meritatissimo!

Navigando in rete ho avuto la fortuna di imbattermi nel sito di L'Art de Vivre e già alcuni anni fa ho acquistato delle sedie Pianca per il soggiorno e di Alma Design per la cucina. Esperienza molto positiva. Ora confermo che L' Art de Vivre è diventato il mio negozio d'arredo di riferimento e di fiducia grazie a Fabio, venditore addetto alle vendite via web, cortese e capace di intuire e soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Ora che vedo montati i prodotti acquistati (armadi Pianca e scrittoio di Battistella) confermo di essere rimasta molto soddisfatta dei prodotti e di tutto il servizio offerto.
